      Hi Balla,

You can purchase a KODA from any of our dealers. A list of our dealers can be found here: http://www.ejoebike.com/dealers. You can enter your zip code into the search link to find your closest dealer. They would be able to assist you with any ordering needs you may have. If they do not have it in stock, they will have the bike ordered for you depending on supply.

      Happily and Sincerely,

      Cristine with e-JOE

Please let me know if you still don’t get the bike. We recommend our online dealer, shopebike.com for purchasing online.

Hi Cristine, this is Vilar. How are you? I’d like to get an extra battery for my ejoe. Can I order one from you? The battery I have turns off when I’m biking hard up the hill sometimes. It’s like a fuse goes off. It turns back on after a while but I’d rather have a back up just in case. Look forward to hearing from you. Thanks. Jose

I just received My e-joe SE on April 2, 2016. I received it with the battery inside the frame and see black plastic portion of the battery had a crack on it. During riding I found the rear derailer scrapes against the rim when I put it to the lowest gear, and the forks make a clicking noise when I go over any small minute bump.

I was reading the reviews on Amazon, and some of them said your assembly is less than desirable but you still got some credit.

I can live with most of the discrepancies, and I can make adjustment, but what about the expensive battery? and that annoying click from the forks? is this normal or is it a bad set of forks?

    I need some technical assistence.

    Thanks
    Paul

Hi Paul, please contact the shop you purchased the bike from. They should be able to help. If not, let us know. Thanks.
